How It Works
Items marked "Special Order" (fig. 1) are items that are not in stock in our stores but are still available to buy from one of our suppliers. Processing and shipping time are different for most of them but here is a list of most brands available for special orders with their estimated transit times (Fig.2). One you place your order, we will contact you to to let you know when you should expect to receive your order based on your shipping or pick up location.
Special Orders - Pick Up In Store
If you selected a pick up location at the checkout, please disregard any system automated mentions of a ready date (fig. 3). We will get in touch to let you know when we should expect to have your item store and send you another email when it’s ready for you to pick up.
