Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. We make every effort to ship orders quickly, but some orders may take additional time for packaging, or order review. We will contact you when your order has shipped. Due to our dealer agreements, bikes are not eligible for shipping.

Oversized or bulky items such as skis, bike trailers or roof cargo boxes are subject to shipping exclusions or additional charges due to their large dimensions and the need for special handling. Many carriers impose restrictions on the size, weight, or volume of packages they will ship, and for oversized goods, this can result in higher shipping fees or limited delivery options. If you live in a remote area or are looking at a particular items, please reach out to us to ensure that items can be delivered to your location and to understand any potential surcharges or delays associated with the shipment.
Shipping Skis and Poles
Due to their size and special handling needs, skis and poles ship Canada wide with a $75 flat rate. Please select “Ski and Poles Standard Shipping” at checkout to add the $65 shipping flat rate to your order. If you forget to select this option at checkout and the shipping defaults to “Free Standard Shipping”, we will reach out to you to fix the issue. Your order will not ship out until payment of the shipping fee is made. Signature is required upon delivery and as for all of our shipments, a tracking number is provided.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is always free. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders not picked up within 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Unless your order needs to be transferred to a different store, parts and accessories are usually ready 2 hour after your order is placed. If your order was placed after operating hours, your order should be ready by 12 PM the next business day. If purchasing a bike, assembly times vary depending on the season and traffic in the workshop. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
What if the product isn't in stock?
Warehouse orders require 3-7 business days for shipping, handling or assembly. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
What are the delays for products marked "Special Order"?

How long will you hold my order?
Unless special arrangements are made, we ask that you pick up your order within 10 days after your received confirmation that it is ready to be picked up.
What happens if I don't pick up my order on time?
If you order is not picked up in 30 days, we will return your item to our inventory with a 10% restocking fee and refund your purchase to the original form of payment.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. Make note of the person in the order comment field, and make sure they have both a photo ID and your confirmation email (paper or digital).
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Go to the store you selected in the checkout options and let us know that you are here to pick up your online order and we'll be happy to get it for you and answer any questions. If it's a bicycle, we'll help you with basic adjustments to ensure a safe and comfortable fit.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Can I return pick up items at the store?
Yes. The process is like returning items purchased in-store. Just ask a staff member and they will walk you through the process.
