Store Policies


If you wish to return a product that you purchased from us, please contact us in-store, over the phone, or by email within 30 days with your receipt for a refund. We will refund the purchase amount on the original form of payment for items returned with original packaging and in new condition or any defective product. You may also ship an item back to us with your transaction receipt if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to the return. We will only refund shipping costs on incorrect merchandise sent out.

Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items

Items marked “On Sale”, “Closeout” or “Final Sale” are considered to be a final sale and non-refundable. Others from the list below are considered non-refundable for hygienic or other obvious reasons. If you're unsure about a product you're purchasing, please ask one of our staff or send us an email.

  • Labor fees charged for custom wheel builds or other custom services;
  • Nutrition products;
  • Tools taken out of their original packaging;
  • Inner tubes;
  • Worn clothing including wearable accessories like helmets and sunglasses. (Yes, even if you gave them a good wash.)

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any purchase made with a gift card will be refunded exclusively by issuing a store credit or another gift card of equal value.

In-Store Special Orders and Layaway

All special orders or layaway, including bicycles, must be accompanied by a deposit of the full amount of the value of the product, including taxes. This deposit constitutes a promise to purchase and can only be refunded in the form of store credit or a gift certificate. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, special orders or layaway not picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
